This course will provide an extensive range of video-illustrated skill drills to enable school Rugby coaches to ensure their sessions are exciting, contemporary and safe. From simple techniques to game-related skills and pressure practices, all areas of the game will be covered to provide coaches of all levels of experience with a season’s worth of practice content.
