    Welcome to the 2026 Heads of Football Conference, hosted for the first time at the iconic St George’s Park, the home of England Football. This venue reflects the ambition and evolution of football within the Independent Sector – mirroring the growing professionalism, quality and care evident across our schools.

    As the recent rise of Independent School footballers in professional academies shows, our environment can foster not just talent, but character and leadership. Today’s conference brings together some of the most forward-thinking practitioners in performance, coaching, communication and human development. 

    It is a chance to learn, challenge, connect and leave inspired to shape the future of school football with purpose and clarity.
