This course is designed to equip teachers with the skills and confidence to coach both individual and team defence in modern Netball. Aimed at coaches with some prior knowledge of the game, it focuses on deepening their understanding of all aspects of defensive play. Participants will learn a variety of drills to help players regain possession in the rear third, as well as strategies for implementing effective defensive tactics. These approaches can be tailored to players of all ages and skill levels, making the course particularly beneficial for coaches and teachers working with players in the Under 11 to Under 15 age groups.
