This webinar explores the key characteristics that define high performing teams, helping leaders answer critical questions about their team and organisation.  It considers the characteristics of high performing teams, and the behaviours of the leader which are necessary to build them.   Through extensive consideration of real case studies, it will also consider how teams create shared pledges and hold each other to account and maintain high standards.

David Faulkner MBE OLY

Meet your course leader, David Faulkner MBE OLY

David Faulkner is an ex Olympic Gold medallist GB hockey player and was Head of Performance – Women’s Professional Game and Para at The Football Association. Previously he was Director of Sport at Millfield School between and prior to that Performance Director at England Hockey.  David was awarded an MBE for services to Sport in June 2021 and is currently a non-executive Director of Hampshire Cricket. He specialises in people and team development across business, education and sport, covering leadership, cultural development, behaviour and high performing teams.
