Co-Curricular activities are central to the culture and business case of most schools. There are long-established traditions and expectations of provision. However, at a time when facilities for these activities have never been better, it is ironic that staffing these activities is more complex than ever. A perfect storm of factors is making many staff less generous with their discretionary effort, and historic expectations of teachers are being challenged.

This webinar is aimed at Co-Curricular leaders, and others responsible for staffing the co-curricular programme. It will address the issues that schools face, consider industry trends and case studies and present a framework for strategic evaluation future provision.

Meet your course leader, Neil Rollings

Neil Rollings was Director of Sport in four independent schools, over a 21-year career. He now works with schools in UK and overseas, developing sports programmes and appointing Directors of Sport. He is a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on a Fit and Healthy Childhood, was Chairman of the Professional Association of Directors of Sport in Independent Schools, and is Course Director of the University of Buckingham MA programme in Leading School Sport.
