Course Description

This session will explore physical literacy as a foundation for supporting young people’s lifelong engagement in movement, physical activity and wellbeing. Drawing on current research and school-based practice, the session will examine how physical literacy can be meaningfully embedded within PE curricula, pedagogy and assessment to create more inclusive, engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
