Rich Beer

Rich Beer became the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of England Hockey in September 2025 after 12 years of being the Development Director. A role that will see Rich lead the development and Strategy of England Hockey and shape the future of hockey in the UK. Prior to this Rich was the Senior international Women’s Team Manager for England and GB Hockey, a role he did for over 3 years.
