George Dean

George is Head of Athletic Development at Crystal Palace FC Academy, supervising the player development pathway.  He holds an Masters of Research degree focused on the physical profiling of elite youth footballers, and has also worked in Rugby and Weightlifting. He supervises Masters-level research, with a focus on growth, maturation, and long-term development in boys’ and girls’ youth sport.
