Ama Agbeze

Ama Agbeze is an English international netball player. She plays in the goal defence and goal keeper positions and debuted for England in 2001. She became England Captain during the 2016 season. During her international career she won bronze playing for the English team during the 2006 Commonwealth Games. She has played for Loughborough Lightning in the Netball Superleague from 2004–7.

In 2008 she signed with the West Coast Fever to play in the Australasian ANZ Championship, subsequently moving to the Melbourne Vixens. In 2010 she transferred to the New Zealand franchise to play for Central Pulse, before transferring back to the Adelaide Thunderbirds. Ama has recently announced her return to the English Netball Superleague in 2019 for new franchise, London Pulse.
