This is the country’s leading course for those who are new to teaching Netball in schools, or for those who may not have taught it in a while. Over 1,000 teachers have participated in this event throughout the years. No prior experience in playing or teaching Netball is required, though most attendees have a basic understanding of the game. The course covers essential Netball skills, methods for practising them, and straightforward strategies for team play. Teachers will be introduced to a range of drills and practices,  shooting and passing techniques, and develop a basic tactical understanding. Additionally, the course will explain the fundamental rules of the game and how these can be applied to umpiring school matches. Teachers will feel confident in their ability to deliver lessons and manage a school Netball team.
