This course is designed to develop teachers’ knowledge and understanding of fundamental Gymnastics skills, activities and engaging practices suitable for Key Stages 2 and 3. Ideal for teachers with limited experience of delivering Gymnastics, it explores clear progressions to support the effective teaching and development of core movements. Through extensive video analysis and practical guidance, delegates will gain confidence in teaching the essential gymnastic skills while promoting good technique and safe practice throughout.
