This webinar is aimed at Directors of Sport in Prep Schools of all types. It is also suitable for teachers aspiring to these positions. With pressures for both inclusivity and competitive success, the Director of Sport faces significant challenges in compiling a programme to meet all expectations. Parents can be intrusive, and resources often limited. This course considers the practical issues faced by prep school sport, and presents possible strategies and solutions.

Chair PADSIS

Chris Dossett is the current Chair of the Professional Association of Directors of Sport in Independent Schools (PADSIS), working with schools across the country to stimulate modern, integrated sports programmes. He has over thirty years teaching experience, including Director of Sport posts at Pangbourne College, The Portsmouth Grammar School, Uppingham and Solihull.
