    This is a new seminar for Directors of Sport, Co-Curricular deputies and others whose responsibility includes managing, training and appraising sports staff. It will focus on establishing a sustainable workforce, that matches the requirements of the programme and is able to deliver consistent pupil outcomes. It will also focus on managing some of the issues that the school sport sector is facing in staffing its programmes.

    Neil Rollings

    Neil Rollings was Director of Sport in four independent schools, over a 21-year career. He now works with schools in UK and overseas, developing sports programmes and appointing Directors of Sport. He is a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on a Fit and Healthy Childhood, manager of the RFU Schools’ Leadership Project and was Chairman of the Professional Association of Directors of Sport in Independent Schools.  He is currently Course Director of the University of Buckingham MA programme in Leading School Sport.
