This afternoon course is aimed at teachers and coaches who are required to umpire school games at U11 to U-15 age groups.  It seeks to provide them with knowledge both of the rules and also of their practical application in a school setting.  There will be extensive video illustration, to ensure that participants can be confident of their capacity to officiate matches
