This seminar is designed for Directors of Sport working in the Prep sector, as well as teachers aspiring to these leadership roles. It explores the unique opportunities and challenges of leading sport in Prep schools, where the demands of inclusive participation and competitive success must be carefully balanced. Participants will examine practical approaches to planning and delivering a high-quality sports programme, managing limited facilities and resources, and responding effectively to parental expectations. The seminar also considers leadership, communication and strategic decision-making, providing practical solutions to the everyday challenges of Prep school sport and helping leaders develop a successful, sustainable and pupil-centred programme.
